In the tech demo of Wild Hunt, only with minor changes.

"Direct copy of the model"

This info was confirmed by the press spokesman for CD Projekt RED in a conversation with Kotaku. He mentioned that the same model was also used in the trailer for The Witcher 4, which was revealed in December at The Game Awards. It's not exactly the same as in Wild Hunt because there have been two very subtle changes made.

It’s the same character model used in the [2024] trailer. Ciri's face is a direct copy of The Witcher 3 model, adapted to work with the latest MetaHuman technology. Two subtle changes were made to improve animation quality: slightly raised eyebrows, and a more relaxed eye area—the latter was present in the trailer but has since been removed.

This is interesting because after the trailer presentation in December, some fans didn't like the Ciri model. They even suggested that the creators, seeing the players' reactions, swapped it for the behind-the-scenes material. However, these speculations were quickly denied. This time, players seem to be satisfied with Ciri's appearance, which shows how important visual effects are.

However, it should be ed that a tech demo is not yet the proper Witcher 4. The final game may look very different, and the Ciri model may undergo several smaller or larger changes. Although the overall quality of the graphics should remain at the same level, as suggested by the statement of the game's Director, Sebastian Kalemba.

However, we will have to wait a bit to confirm these words. The release of The Witcher 4 is not expected to happen until 2027 at the earliest.
