Fool Me Once, which is based on one of his books, is among the most popular series on the platform, and other productions have often hit the top 10 on Netflix in the weeks following their release, so it's no surprise that the writer's collaboration with the streaming giant is still ongoing.
Where was Netflix's Caught filmed?
And a new series based on Harlan Coben's novel Caught (Atrapados) has just been released on the platform. It's an Argentine production set in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, aka Bariloche. It is located in Argentina's Patagonia region.
However, it turns out that the series was not filmed exclusively in picturesque Bariloche, where the events of the series take place. In order to give the production a bit of an urban feel, the film crew also visited Buenos Aires, so if you're planning a trip to see the places you saw in the series, you'll have to include this city in your plans as well. In Buenos Aires, among other places, the shooting took place at the Teatro Colón, it's a famous and one of the most beautiful opera houses in the world.
What is Caught about?
Caught takes on the story of Ema Garay, a journalist known for catching criminals who have escaped the justice system. She is currently working on her next story: the disappearance of a 16-year-old violin player. Three months have ed since her disappearance and the community assumes the worst. Garay, however, undertakes a search that points to Leo Mercer, upending both their lives.
