The title was released by Nintendo and, like previous versions of the series (which was born in 2006 on the Nintendo DS console), it poses various intellectual challenges to players.
Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo Switch consists of a series of brain-stimulating mini-games. You will have to, for example, solve mathematical equations within a time limit (Calculations, Finger Calculations), classic Sudoku, a puzzle consisting of creating words from received letters (Word Scramble), as well as challenges test our memory. Besides, thanks to the Brain Age Score, we can test the efficiency of our brains by solving exercises that check our short-term memory and the ability to absorb new information.
Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo Switch can be played alone or in local multiplayer mode. Online modes include Birdwatching and Box Counting. The Internet rankings, where we can show our achievements, provide a substitute for competition with people from all over the world.
Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo Switch has limited but clear graphics that aren't different from what we've been used to before. The title takes advantage of the advanced capabilities of the Nintendo Switch like the infrared camera in the right Joy-Con, thanks to which the game can recognize the shape of our fingers.
