The Talos Principle for PC, PS4 and etc. is a first-person puzzle game developed by Croteam studio which is known primarily for the shooter series Serious Sam.
The production allows the player to become a character whose mission is to solve over 120 puzzles prepared by the developer. The missions are very diverse and are based on different foundations. For instance, the player has to arrange Tetris-like tiles or use air blasts created by large windmills in order to move. In other missions he or she has to manage drones or set turrets. The gameplay is full of numerous dangers and traps, and the level of difficulty increases with each system, providing the players with an appropriate challenge. The Talos Principle for PC, PS4 and etc. is sold exclusively through digital distribution.
The game uses Serious Engine 4 technology. One of its improvements is the module using the method of scanning real locations and objects which are then reproduced in the game world. A similar solution was used in the Polish productions Get Even and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.

Game Ratings for The Talos Principle Video Game.
Hardcore Gamer: 4.5 / 5 by James Cunningham
The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition is a fantastic package of two great first-person puzzlers. It's basically identical to the PC version, so if you've got those already there's not much need to double-dip, but otherwise it's a must-own.
Destructoid: 8 / 10 by Darren Nakamura
The Talos Principle has some important things to say, but more thoughtfully, it wants the player to have important things to say as well. Even those who do not bother to think about the philosophical topics can find a smart, sometimes frustratingly difficult puzzler here. It really shines for those open to both.
Game Revolution: 4.5 / 5 by Jeb Haught
I didn't expect a video game to have deep philosophical questions that I pondered long after each session, and I appreciate how it adds the kind of depth seldom seen in games. It's also very cool to play a non-combat game that keeps me interested for hours at a time. The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition doesn't offer any new content to entice people who played the PC version, but I highly recommend it to everyone who hasn't.
