Warstride Challenges

Warstride Challenges is a flashy, over-the-top FPS, in which we face not only enemies, but also time itself. It was developed by an indie studio Dream Powered Games and published by Focus Entertainment.

Mechanics

Warstride Challenges is a first-person shooter. We play as a demon slayer, traversing various stages, cutting down hordes of hellish horrors, jumping between platforms and avoiding traps. All of this is also timed. The faster we beat a level, the better our score, so we should keep moving all the time. Our protagonist is exceedingly mobile, able to slide on the floor, use boosting platforms, jump far and high.

Our extensive arsenal of weapons includes pistols, machine guns, shotguns and various combat skills, such as slowing down time while aiming. As we progress through the game, we acquire better weapons and new powers, giving us more options and letting us face greater challenges.
